Wuxi No. 1 Cotton Investment Company Limited in which we have a 49% shareholding is our jointly controlled entity that fully owns several textiles related companies in Wuxi, the PRC, namely Wuxi Chanxin Textile Co. Ltd., and Wuxi Yangtzekiang Textile Co.Ltd.  It occupies a total land area of 800 acres (540,000 M2). Together with our associates Wuxi Changxin Textile Company Ltd., Wuxi Allied Textile Ltd. and Taizhou Changxin Textile (Xinghua) Company Ltd. which are all manufacturers of high quality yarn and fabrics, we have a total of 480,000 ring spinning spindles and 780 sets weaving machines. Our annual production of high quality cotton compact yarn is 26,000 tones and 30 million meters of fabrics.
